When I first heard about HostGator from my friend, I thought that they are exaggerating. Was it possible for a hosting provider to come with all advanced features at low costs?

HostGator monitored the server performance and last month, when all of us expected the websites to go down, they acted in time and our customers never came to know about the downtime.

When I told about the cheaper VPS hosting plan, my friends teased me for my foolishness. But I know how advanced are the features of HostGator and how affordable they are.

HostGator was successful in helping me to host my generic website. It was my decision to go without cPanel and Plesk and they gave me all support for my decision. I saw that my website was hosted using their generic VPS and it was as I wished it to be. It made me smile amidst my business worries.

When I came to know that HostGator maintain a customer support team and they can be contacted through tickets, forums and phone calls, I came to realize how serious they are about hosting.

When I asked them how to transfer my account, they asked me to sit back and relax. Even without the downtime for migration to their servers, my website started full fledged operation.
