They started out with good customer service and support a few years ago. They recently were bought out and transferred to a new company primarily using Microsoft servers and running Linux on them!! Ever since, I have not been able to get through to support or have a phone call returned. My sites have been down for more than 15-20 minutes at a time randomly almost on a daily basis. I'm currently moving away from them. DON'T USE THEM!!!
