A hosting company must grant everything needed for their customers. But I never had any idea if HostGator were one of those kinds when I thought of signing in.

HostGator allowed me to use the old domain name with my previous provider. A simple transfer of registration was all that was needed. This was done by HostGator for me in 24 hours.

The back up server of HostGator was so designed that in case of power failure, they will supply the needed power. The team monitors the servers and takes immediate action whenever needed.

HostGator was the cheapest hosting provider I have ever seen. Their three hosting plans are highly affordable for an ordinary business man like me.

I thought of not using cPanel for hosting. With my experience and the guidance from HostGator, I started using the generic VPS. At each step of hosting, my doubts regarding the generic hosting was cleared by HostGator. This helped me to move forward without any trouble.
