I have been with VPS.net since May 20th of 2010. I was pleased with the first conversation with Brandon and what I could expect from their service.

Account Setup Feedback

When I signed up for service my server was ready within a couple of hours. VPS.net called me to verify the account because I listed my cell phone number on the account and it did not match what was submitted with my payment information. That impressed me that they would take the time to do that.

Host Reliability

Outside of a few scheduled maintenance times I have had zero downtime with my VPS hosted out of Chicago, IL. Performance has been great using Ubuntu Server 9.10

Pricing Info

Pricing is excellent on smaller VPS products. Their large and midgrade VPS pricing I think are a little on the high side.

Final Host Comments

My experience with VPS.net has been very positive. The support is excellent. They continue to add features and refine their image as time goes on. My only true complaint is that I wish the control panel (custom) would complete being ready. It works and the new version is way better than what it was when I started with them but there are several items that are not 100% complete. I know they are working getting it where it needs to be. Overall I am very pleased with their service.
