VPSNet has loads of options available to you with many operating systems from Windows to several Linux distributions. VPSNet allows you to setup everything exactly how you want it, if you want a cPanel VPS, select CentOS with cPanel, select your cloud location, select the zone, and you are off and running.

VPSNet charges $20 per node and each node offers 10GB disk space, 250 GB bandwidth, and 376MB RAM. If you add more nodes, such as a 4 node configuration, you'll get a discounted price with 1.5GB RAM, 40 GB disk space, and 1,000 GB bandwidth.

VPSNet also offers daily node billing where you pay daily for the nodes you are using. Only pay for what you are using.

VPSNet offers a 99.9% uptime guarantee, however, this guarantee on their site has an asterisk with no explanation as to why. VPSNet offers a 30 day money back guarantee if you are not satisfied. You will need to contact them within 30 days of first signing up with your intent on cancelling.

Based on the review of VPSNet system status updates, they do appear to have problems with their servers for various reasons, however, they do appear to fix the issues rather quickly.

Since VPSNet is an unmanaged VPS company, customers are expected to manage their own VPS and are expected to have some good knowledge of Linux and web hosting. Therefore, we can't justify marking their scores low due to this reason. The lower prices more than justify the lack of support in this instance.
