They are cheap - as I found out, not just in price.

Account Setup Feedback

They never did set up the additional IP addresses I requested, and when I enquired about it, they told me they couldn't help me and cut off my account.

Host Reliability

They shut down my account without warning when I made a customer support request to find out when the service would be ready. I hadn't even begun to configure the server yet.

Pricing Info

This is nearly week 3 now, and I am still waiting for my refund as per their 30 day money back guarantee, which at this point they are still refusing to honour despite repeated requests.

Final Host Comments

This is the worst VPS host I have ever used, I will never use them and if anyone ever asks me, I will recommend they steer clear of this company.

Their customer support is unbearably horrible and they don't even seem to care. They would need to fire their entire customer support department and get qualified professional individuals in order to be able to make a comeback, but at this point their name seems to be so tarnished that they'd have to fold up the company and re-open under a new name to salvage anything.
