Host Reliability

1and1's VPS seems to be offline a lot considering the price. I don't know what their problem was but I couldn't hang out to see if it would fix itself over months.

Good pricing for a Windows VPS overall.

I am sorry I went with the first VPS I found. Since then I've moved on to EasyCGI Windows VPS and have had much better success.
