I started a new online shopping cart business and started with their shared hosting. I outgrew that quick and started with the 1st package availble with the VPS 20gb disk space. Over almost 3 years I moved to the next vps up, 40gb as I was nearing memory limit. Then all of a sudden after uprading, my disk space started depleting, My disk space was telling me within a few months from then that I was nearing the limit, so I upgraded to 60 gb space their best vps package. Every week my space said I was using one mor GB, and after only a few months I was nearing the 60gb disk space limit. I called to upgrade again, thinking that I might really be using this space since I am constantly growing. They said NO, that I am on the highest package and could not upgrade and could not pay for more disk space. I had to change companies! I never had a site before so I did not know how horribly slow this server is. The new server I found , my site is soooooooo much faster! ALSO I am NOT using almost 60gb of space but really only 3 gb of space. Startlogic was ripping me off telling me that I was using more disk space than was true. Also startlogic site would go down constantly, and their uptime was horrible. I always called to complain and get credits so I ended up not ever paying too much> This hosting company sucks! Go somewhere else!
