Their support has been horrible. It took a week to get an SSL cert installed. My latest issue is with response time. All we host on this account is images for an online catalog. Thier support team tried to blame the response on a different server - even though if you requested the image directly there was still no response.

I would recommend anybody to stay away from these guys.
