Here is what William Dawkins had to say about GreenGeeks and the overall experience with their Virtual Private Servers hosting service.My initial impression as a former global high tech service rep was very positive. Currently I am 100% disabled and suffer from severe communication problems. The GreenGeeks sales team went out of their way to provide assistance when I wanted to know something but did not know how to ask. They assigned a primary sales rep who communicated with me using personal emails and telephone rather than generic sales emails.
Account Setup Feedback
Free and fast (about one hour). They do not have a sales and billing team except normal M-F hours. Sales calls after hours are handled by support.
Host Reliability
My server has never crashed.
Pricing Info
GreenGeeks provides the best price to options that I could find, while maintaining a high profile company service. I do not recommended using budget startup hosting. GreenGeeks has been in business for years and has logged 0% downtime.

The Level 1 support team responds to tickets quickly. If the ticket is high priority it will be assigned a technician within 15 minutes, otherwise you may wait a bit longer but not so long that you get upset. They will gladly install 3rd party scripts if you provide the code and install instructions. These requests will be escalated to the engineering dept. and will take longer. If you expect instant support for every little nuance then you are non-professional and should run your own data center.
