PacificHost has been helping me throughout the process with my first cPanel Linux VPS. Though the interfaces were easier to handle, I was quite tensed and frustrated during the process. Once I figured out how the WebHost Manager works and that cPanel is meant to handle each individual account, I was able to get the full grasp of things.

In the end, having my own PacificHost virtual server was frustrating in the beginning, I am glad I went this route. My sites have excellent reliability and has been able to withstand a Digg frontpage landing that brought thousands of hits to my site all at once.
