Andrew Leslie had my account set up within 5 hours of my order.

Host Reliability

My VPS has been down for 8 hours now, I submitted a support request about 5 hours ago and no reply, last time my VPS was down, Andrew Leslie had it back up within 2 hours.

Pricing Info

I found many cheaper prices, but I was willing to spend this amount because I heard good things about OpticVPS but now with Andrew Leslie gone, it seems like there's nothing to pay for.

Final Host Comments

I later found out that, the reason why Andrew Leslie was fired was because he demanded to get paid, since he was tired of working for free.

The support team was great but once Andrew Leslie, left opticvps the support got horrible. It took hours to respond to my support ticket and "Joshua Garrett" who was reply to my support request seemed like he had no idea what he was talking about.
