Account Setup Feedback

childsplay... Lunarpages were very quick to sort things out when I stupidly put in the wrong domain on setup :( still have to do a bit of messing when I reset the server, but nothing too bad

Host Reliability

the server falls over occasionally, it's about a 99.8% uptime, but if you have site monitoring in place (basicstate.com, exactstate.com) it's fairly easy to jump on the control panel and get things running again. Much better than your business being at the fate of some spotty teenager in a support call centre in eastern europe...

Pricing Info

very good value for money, but that's not the most important part, you can get cheap hosting in the states for pence... doesn't help when all your site are down and they don't have anyone there to fix it for 6 hours

you can't go far wrong in my experience of Lunarpages, I would normally say you get what you pay for, but in his case I've used more expensive hosts with less options and worse service... I'd recommend Lunarpages VPS to anyone, their support is fantastic
