Overall i would recommend KnownHost, i used it as a video streaming server and it worked ok for up to 70 simultaneous viewers at low quality on VPS2, have not tested larger number of online viewers. Over the year or so i was not able to access it once due to security permissions which had somehow changed, probably after a managed update.

Support ticket were responded to by email fairly quickly, most times up to 1 hour later sometimes a little longer.
