The first thing we love about JaguarPC is their honest up-front monthly pricing. With JaguarPC, they offer both Linux VPS and Windows VPS varieties. To add a control panel on Linux VPS plans, you will pay an additional $8.50 a month which includes cPanel VPS, Plesk Linux VPS, DirectAdmin VPS and Interworx VPS. We were unable to rank JaguarPC as excellent because they do not offer telephone technical support. Otherwise, we were impressed with JaguarPC and their customer support options. You should be able to get most problems handled with any issues you might have using their live chat, ticket system, or community forums. However, it is nice to be able to call if you see a server outage which is something JaguarPC does not currently offer.
