For Windows, IX Web Hosting, their first VPS plan does not support a control panel and is $54.95 a month. The upgraded IX Web Hosting X4W and X8W plans offer Plesk Windows VPS for the control panel.

For Windows VPS hosting, IX Web Hosting charges $15.00 more per month due to Windows server licensing.

IX Web Hosting appears to have corrected some of the past issues with customer support, however, we still see complaints about understanding their agents as well as difficulty getting problems addressed without having to rephrase and reword questions to get the agent on the other end to understand the issue.

Overall, we'd like to see IX Web Hosting using North American based customer support for both phone and live chat. This will greatly improve these issues.
