I had a problem with my external DNS server and the support call I made was answered quickly by a tech who really knew his stuff.
Some places pretend that they are open 24 hours. These guys really are. I have had too many past experiences with hosting companies that have only 2-3 total staff people. These guys have 65 employees!!
