HostNine is a great VPS. They had me up and running in 2 hours from setting up an account. It was fast and easy, and I even got to choose the data center location. My server hasn't been down at all since setting it up, so I'd say the service is really reliable. They have many levels of VPS's, and while I'm only level 2, I wish there were more IP addresses included with my package. My overall experience with this company has been awesome, and much more reliable than my other hosting company!

HostNine has 24/7 support, which is great, because it seems I always have problems when other host providers were closed. They have live chat, and they responded quickly, and got my problem fixed.
