After browsing through a number of VPS host websites, I finally settled on GreenGeeks because:

1) Read a number of good reviews.
2) Good, straightforward website
3) Competitive packages.

As mentioned in Customer Support feedback, there was some delay in setting up my account. However subsequent support requests were timely.

Used the VPS for about 4 days, and stressed the system heavily installing software and running WordPress, MySQL, etc.

The VPS performed well and without any issues.

Though they're priced a bit higher than hosts like VPSLink, their reputation and reviews were a lot better.

For the higher price , I also got good service, so I would recommend staying away from cheaper, less reliable hosts.

I originally planned to run some custom WordPress sites on my VPS, the introductory offer they have was plenty sufficient and I have plenty of compute cycles left over after each month.

After purchasing the cloud VPS from GreenGeeks package, I didn't receive any feedback or confirmation email for more than twelve hours. That's why I'm giving a low mark in the account setup rating.

However, after raising a support ticket, I immediately received an email from customer support. They apologized and setup my cloud VPS straightaway.
