Adequate

Account Setup Feedback

Seemed ok at first. Found out later they have no backup system, although it seems to indicate that backups are included in the features list. Read the fine print! (if you can make sense of it) Although their billing center and all invoices state a due date of the 24th, they insist the due date is the 22nd, but they grab payment on the 20th.

Host Reliability

It works most of the time. Never any notifications or explanations of interuptions.

Pricing Info

somewhat overpriced. CC's are regularly prebilled by Hostican, 4 days every month in our case.

Final Host Comments

VPSnext is in reality Hostican. Seems to be a shell game to avoid Hostican's negative reviews. VPSnext billling center redirsects to Hostican billing. All VPSnext support tickets are redirected to Hostican "support". Do a whois on VPSnext and you'll get Hostican contact details. Hostican is a horrible company to deal with and there are many BBB complaints to back this up. VPSnext website indicates they have been in business since 2003 but VPSnext.com did not exist before March 2007, when the BBB removed all accreditation for hostican. Thier early billing and questionable accounting practices have cost us excessive interest and penalties. They've broken many of the conditions of our agreement and are not at all concerned about BBB or FTC complaints.
