When I first contacted their sales I was greeted like a customer. They treated me with respect and listened to my needs. They were very upfront on what it would cost and what I would need to do what I wanted to do. Their prices are competitive and their service seemed great.

Account Setup Feedback

My account was setup within 10 minutes. I was emailed an login and password and I was good to go!

Host Reliability

So far the reliability has been great. I have had a few hiccups but those have been caused by my error and their support helped me resolve them quickly. Minus my errors it is rock solid!

Pricing Info

In my opinion the prices are very competitive. Even if I could find something cheaper, there is no way I would sacrifice the level of service for a few bucks.

Final Host Comments

In conclusion VPSLink so far is one of the best that I have seen. The most important thing that I have noticed is their attention to detail and their understanding of what maximum capacity is. They do not try to pack as many people as they can onto a cluster. VPSLink seems to leave plenty of breathing room. And this can be verified by looking at their SLA. They will issue automatic refunds for downtime and service outages!
