Here is what Johanan Gates had to say about GreenGeeks and the overall experience with their Virtual Private Servers hosting service.
I requested a refund due to a month of downtime and clients running for the hills. "This is confirmation that the requested service with us has been canceled as per the terms of service. $29.95 refunded from invoice 94897, refunds can take up to 3-5 business days to show up on your statement." Still have not seen a credit. On top of that they charged me a second time! Still have not seen that credit either.

My server was constantly down. When I asked about it support claimed they were going to cancel me cause i had modified the vps. Not true, since GreenGeeks was the only one that had moved the site from a shared GreenGeeks account. This was upsetting since they were the only ones who had logged in, not to mention I had been a subscriber without laps since they opened their doors some years ago. They have a single rude knowledgeable vps staff member that makes many mistakes. Since I switched to a different VPS provider I have had smooth sailing and excellent customer service.
