GigaPros offers only high end cPanel VPS plans that start at $69.95 a month that includes 768MB guaranteed RAM. When we compare other hosts to their higher end cPanel VPS plan specifications, we find that GigaPros pricing is about average.

GigaPros does offer a semi-dedicated non-VPS solution that offers the more basic resources without the virtual environment. GigaPros states that their semi-dedicated plans are shared hosting that has only 15 accounts per server, much like how a VPS is setup. Except with the GigaPros semi-dedicated solution, you won't get the isolation, root access, and other features that come standard with a virtual private server setup. These semi-dedicated plans start at a much more reasonable $25.95 a month.

GigaPros offers a very specific zero overselling policy that lays out their exact configuration and limits set for each account. They promise to never oversell their servers by limiting the total accounts allowed on each server. GigaPros also has their servers protected with hardware RAID mirrors to protect customer data.

GigaPros does something we've never seen before, they list a 99.9% uptime guarantee that anyone can verify using a link they provide to Pingdom, a third party ping service that monitors uptime. We were able to look at several of their servers dating back to 2008 and saw that their servers do in fact perform at a 99.9% uptime level.
