FDCServers on the surface looks like an acceptable option for those that are in need for high volume of bandwidth for cheap.

When contacted, they often try to claim it is not something they do and push you to the managed department (fees will incur if you proceed with requesting assistance from managed department). However, only to later correct the issue if you provide detailed research results showing them that the issue is something they must take care of on the virtual environment manager's end.

They limit tcpsndbuffer and tcprecvbuffer via their virtual environment manager and you cannot override them in your kernel (this is quite standard), but the limit is set VERY low so you will never go any where near the advertised 100mbits unmetered. Additionally, they seem to semi-regularly reboot the master server that is housing the VPS servers, so my uptime had never exceeded 45 days.

Their pricing is very cheap compared to other service providers, but I guess you get what you paid for, and there's not much to complain.

Account setup was very quick; they did this for me over the course of few hours at most, and it was late night when I ordered (IE: whee hours).

I wish there was a neutral rating for postive or negative, and a depending on situation for the recommendation. FDCServers' VPS is really cheap and if you are using it for non-mission critical stuff, it works great. Don't expect to go anywhere near 100Mbits unmetered with it, though. In fact, their support told me don't expect to go over 30Mbits... I proved them wrong with periodic bursts over 40mbits by using Lighttpd and a lot of optimization... But even then, its not the greatest thing known to man per-se.
