Great host I must say. I have been using them for well over 3 years now for my south park video website and the VPS I use is quick and responsive. Also, a very knowledgable staff I must say.

My account/VPS was setup within 1 working day. I guess they build their images from scratch, hence the small wait time.

HostGator is great host that doesn't overload their servers like other companies. Friendly support and quite responsive. I would easily recommend this host to other people.

HostGator responds pretty quickly. They respond within 20 minutes most of the time and if not, their live chat more than makes up for it with their instant responses to my smaller issues.
