Service was set up quickly, but the first two servers were never configured correctly. The third server was configured correctly, but the latest service outage has been over a week and counting. Horrible customer service, and now they took all of the VPS services with only 48 hours notice, and they were only supposed to be down for 24-36 hours. I am on day seven now and counting.
