Recently they scheduled a maintenance window that should take 24-36h and it is currently taking +72h and still no sign of coming back. This is an absurd. I'm definitely asking for my money back and changing to a more reliable source. 3 days out of business? Pathetic!
Initially the VPS looks great. Their support is a little messy and sometimes they take too long to answer a ticket (1-2 days). That is unacceptable when you're running an important application with sensitive data.
