It's difficult to know how to put into words our experience with EasyCGI. Initially, they were excellent, offering good pricing options, masses of space and fast hosting. Over the last twelve months, that deteriorated into our site being down every month (and I mean EVERY month, sometimes twice) and support that was so incredibly unhelpful that they actually used to ask us if we knew how to fix it.
