Account Setup Feedback

Setup was fine. Half a business day maybe.

Host Reliability

Our node went down and could not be brought back up. Never could explain why. After awhile our company decided to monitor the uptime of the system. On AVERAGE total uptime was roughly 95% which is not good enough in the web hosting world. We had a bad month when the node was down and could not be brought backup which they had to contact Parellels for their techinical support, uptime was only 73%!!!!

Pricing Info

Didn't matter what the cost was, the node would randomly drop.
