One of my drupal sites was being hacked and exceeded allowed bandwidth. They blamed me for it ("Many of our customers who share your server were furious about the server's crippled performance.") Then moved my sites to a new server WITHOUT forwarding the dns!! They intentionally let ALL of my sites down and blamed me for it!!! Also, when they sent me the email letting me know to switch dns servers, they had already changed the dns and I couldn't get the email!

No redundant email. Email was four or five times over a six month period from between a few hours to a few days.
