Of course, with the higher prices that CoolHandle charges, they better offer great customer support, right? Well, we took a look at their customer support pages and came to the conclusion that the CoolHandle support options are somewhat lacking.

Only three customer support options. We don't even see an international telephone support phone number for customers outside of the USA.

CoolHandle is missing a ticket system, a community forum, and a customer support center.

The knowledgebase by CoolHandle is pretty good. The appear to be active maintaining their knowledgebase with recent issues, problems, and anything else that might come up. After VPS hosting reviews inspected their knowledgebase, we discovered recent entrees dated this year, which is fantastic. Most hosts seem to load up their knowledgebase then forget it about it years down the road.
