When I first contacted their sales I was greeted like a customer. They treated me with respect and listened to my needs. They were very upfront on what it would cost and what I would need to do what I wanted to do. Their prices are competitive and their service seemed great.

Their customer support so far has been excellent. They have responded quickly to my questions, even those that were in the off hours. They have also helped me with some of my proprietary applications.... Something I have never seen before :)

So far the reliability has been great. I have had a few hiccups but those have been caused by my error and their support helped me resolve them quickly. Minus my errors it is rock solid!

In my opinion the prices are very competitive. Even if I could find something cheaper, there is no way I would sacrifice the level of service for a few bucks.

In conclusion this host so far is one of the best that I have seen. The most important thing that I have noticed is their attention to detail and their understanding of what maximum capacity is. They do not try to pack as many people as they can onto a cluster. They seem to leave plenty of breathing room. And this can be verified by looking at their SLA. They will issue automatic refunds for downtime and service outages!
