Dont use "1 & 1 Internet" Just thought I'd put this out there as a warning...if you're looking for an internet hosting company, save yourself a Major Headache and dont use 1 & 1 Internet. I just had the most insanely ridiculously lousy experience EVER with them...signed up for a virtual server (vps), the very next day it was having problems, I couldn't connect to it. Talked to their tech support, who was no help at all and offered nothing...the guy seemed particularly UNinterested in solving the problem. Received the first invoice via email - then when I told them to cancel the invoice, they told me no invoice had been created yet. (really? so then why is it sitting in my inbox right now?) Then when I used their 'cancel' web site function to cancel the service, it didn't work. Finally called them and after sitting on hold for a while, I got word that its all over. No more contract, no more invoice. Save yourself the hassle. Don't go within 1000 miles of these morons.
